Resetting a forgotten password

If you can't remember your password, use the "Forgot password?" link next to the password field on the Login page. Enter the email address on your account and submit.

If the address matches a registered account, you'll receive an email with a reset link — valid for one hour and usable once. If the address isn't registered, the page tells you straight away so you can check the spelling or create an account instead.

Opening the link takes you to a page where you can set a new password. As soon as it's updated, you're signed out of your account everywhere it was previously logged in — this is a deliberate security step, since a forgotten-password request is often triggered by an account access concern, not just a memory lapse. Log back in on each device with your new password afterward.

If the link has expired or already been used, simply request a new one from the Login page — there's no limit on how many times you can do this.
